Why the name
The escarpment runs right through our back yard.
Water meets rock everywhere around here — the Niagara Escarpment cuts through Welland, and the canal and the river do the rest. That's the work we do too: the slow, patient kind where one thing meets another and, over time, the shape of a street changes.
We're not a call centre and we're not flipping houses on a spreadsheet. We're based here, we work properties right across the province, and we'd rather do one honest deal than ten quick ones.

A quiet visit, then a look at what similar homes nearby have actually sold for and what the work costs.

We make you an offer
A real number in writing, with the maths behind it. If it doesn't work for you, we shake hands anyway.

We close, or pass it on
We buy it ourselves, or place the contract with an investor from our list. Either way, you close on your date.
